Within this category, you will generally find textile motorcycle jackets that have an array of features designed to keep you as warm as possible when riding in the cold, yet as cool as can be when the sun starts to shine.
Most textile jackets come as standard with an assortment of protection such as shoulder, elbow and back armour. You will find that this is generally CE approved armour, but it’s always worth checking that the armour has been tested to certain standards. CE approved armour doesn’t cost the Earth, so make it a necessity.
Textile jackets often have a thermal / quilted removable liner too, which can be removed when the Summer begins, and pulled back from the cupboard when Autumn returns. Throw in some pretty well thought through ventilation channels and meshed panelling, and you can find yourself quite comfortable throughout every season you spend on your motorcycle.
