Future team mates Colin Edwards and Ben Spies look set to be the best of buddies come next year.
MotoGP veteran Edwards is said to be more than willing to show Spies to the ropes in the Monster Tech 3 Yamaha camp, and with both riders being Texan they are likely to get on like a house on fire.
Speaking to Motorcycle News, Colin Edwards said:
Ben will be able to look at all my data, no problem. I’ll be there for him if he wants to talk about anything. I’ve got nothing to hide. If he’s got any queries I’ll be the first one to step up and give him an honest answer.
However, the 35 year old was quick to say that he’ll be helping Ben, but he won’t be going easy on him. In Colin’s own words, “I’ll be out there riding my ass off again”.
