Caberg 2017: What’s new from Caberg this year?

The whole new Caberg 2017 range is now available on our website!

The Caberg 2017 helmet range is better than ever, with several new graphics and two new helmet models. This blog explores what’s changed this year, so you can invest in a new Caberg lid with confidence. You can view and buy all these Caberg helmets on our website.

Caberg Levante – top choice for touring

Caberg 2017 Levante WhiteThe brand new Caberg Levante replaces the V2X at the pinnacle of the Caberg 2017 collection. Instead of a full face, this is a quality flip front option aimed at touring riders. After all, Caberg are the flip front experts!

Fully equipped for long journeys

What jumps out immediately is the ‘panoramic’ visor, which provides an impressive field of vision to keep an eye on other traffic. Practical and safety-minded, Caberg have thrown in a Pinlock Max Vision insert too. You also get a drop-down sun visor for bright days.

With a wicking liner, decent ventilation and the ability to use most intercom systems, the Levante is a great option for summer touring. For now, it’s available in simple solid colours Matt Black and White (pictured).

Caberg Ghost – two helmets in one

Caberg 2017 Ghost CarbonReady for something completely unique? Introducing the Caberg Ghost, an open face / flip front hybrid. Yes, you read that right! The Ghost has a mean streetfighter style to go with your naked bike or cruiser – and it’s actually practical to wear every day.

How does it work?

It’s essentially an open face shell teamed up with a visor and face mask. The beauty of the Ghost is that you can wear it your way: open up the front, remove the face mask or remove the visor whenever you want.

The Ghost’s versatile design means that you’ve basically got two helmets for the price of one. This new style of helmet is much more than a gimmick, fully equipped with quality features. It’s also unbelievably light – just 1150g in the tricomposite version.

The Caberg Ghost is available in two solid colours, the Legend graphic and a stunning Carbon version (pictured).

New graphics galore

Caberg 2017 Stunt BlizzardThe Caberg Drift full face helmet has been gifted with two new graphics. The Armour is a subtle UK flag design in black and silver, for some understated British pride. The Shadow is another stealthy option in black and grey.

Also new to the Caberg 2017 full face range is the Stunt Blizzard, a sharp new graphic available in Matt Black / Anthracite and Matt Black / Fluo Yellow (pictured).

New vintage designs

The Caberg Freeride is a retro styled open face lid, in a design that’s ever more popular with the growing cafe racer market. Caberg have now brought out two designs which take the ‘distressed’ look even further, with a clever metallic finish.

The Freeride Iron looks completely realistic with a highly detailed finish – don’t worry, it’s not as heavy as actual iron! The other new addition is the Freeride Rust, a new take on the retro trend that will definitely get people talking!
