The guys from Vespa came to visit us in the office yesterday and what a lovely surprise it was! Although they didn’t bring any cookies.. and it has to be said we like our cookies in here.
Finally putting names to faces they were intrigued with what we do here on the website side of the business (and maybe slightly confused). We enjoy these monthly visits from brands such as Piaggio as we strive to always be on top form with the products we sell, thus being able to provide our customers with the latest products and are always up to date with the knowledge we diverse.
We value our relationships with institutions such as Piaggio, and anything our customers are not happy with and mention to us go straight to the guys, who in return value our opinions and advice – both of us working together to refine the brand.
I think they were shocked with the energy in the office..especially as it was so late in the day..all of us happy to meet them and eager to compare sales and discuss improvements. We even had a picture with the lovely guys (hence the photos) who were surprisingly more than happpy to participate in our crazy ways.
Even teaching them how to use twitter..who says you can’t have a little fun at work?
