A CBT (compulsory basic training) is the first step towards riding your own motorbike/moped on the road. With a provisional license you can book your CBT, and our DSA approved Motorcycle Training School could be just the place you’re looking for!
Owned and run by Judith Scott and Daren Brailsford. Many students pass their CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests first time. Two Wheel Training’s great testimonials just back this up, with their pupils actually taking the time to express their gratitude with phonecalls or on our website with great real life reviews of their experiences.
Remember that a CBT is not a formal test, this is just compulsory basic training which is designed to help you on the way to safe motorcycling for life.
The five elements include:
The introduction (theory discussion and eye test)
- Practical on-site training
- Practical on-site riding
- Practical on-road training
- Practical on-road riding
All these elements are thoroughly covered during the CBT stage.
For just £110 our prices are all inclusive with the bike hire, test fees, petrol and insurance etc. All your safety kit is provided and just a £1 donation is normally asked for on the day, which goes to the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance Charity – a charity which is very close to all our hearts at the Two Wheel Centre.
Whether you have ridden before or never mounted a bike, each training session is tailored to every indivuals need, so there really is no need to panic. With the use of new and recently registered bikes, that CBT you’ve always wanted to take to begin the road of a registered rider is literally just a phone call away.
