We at the Two Wheel Centre understand what it’s like when you purchase something online and upon receiving the product maybe it wasn’t exactly what you expected. Or you may have fallen in love with it, but picked the wrong size by accident. Either way, we have decided that we’re going to make the returns or swap it service as easy as we can for you!
If you’re returning small items such as gloves etc we’re sure you don’t mind covering the cost of those, but heavy products such as leathers, helmets and boots can cause an unsightly drop in your bank account having to send these back.
So unlike many other retailers who charge for a return service (and if your’re wanting a different size they charge again to send the correct item out) we now cover and absorb all costs you may have had to make before.
Customer service is one great aspect we pride ourselves upon at the Two Wheel Centre, and we want another reason for customers to come back time and time again.
