Well I have just had a very exciting phone call from AGV regarding a very exciting promotion that is starting this Friday May 3rd.
Although I am not obliged to release any details regarding this special AGV promotion until later on in the week, I can tell you that if your in the market for a new AGV helmet then you definitely want to stay tuned!
With some fantastic helmets in the 2013 AGV motorcycle helmet range, you really are spoilt for choice, but if your looking for a full-on race helmet, a sports-touring helmet, a MX helmet or an everyday-use road helmet then AGV will certainly be able to deliver. And with some awesome graphics and fantastic prices too, you can understand why AGV are such a popular choice when it comes to motorcycle helmets.
Take the AGV Horizon Racer for example; this helmet which is part of the fantastic AGV Horizon range, is new for 2013 and is an absolutely stunning-looking helmet. A true sports touring helmet complete with non-scratch clear visor which offers 100% protection against the sun’s UV rays and an integral non-scratch, anti-fog sun visor, the internal padding of the AGV Horizon also ensures comfort and reduced noise for the wearer.
The AGV Horizon is also fitted with new cheek pads that have 3-D construction for improved comfort and a shape designed specifically to offer more effective insulation against external noise. And a new, bigger chin guard guarantees better insulation against draughts and noise from below.
The helmet is of course also super tough and rigid due to its construction from carbon fibre and glass fibre, however these material also ensure that the Horizon is a light-weight helmet too. Available in two shell-sizes and a wide range of sizes from XXS-XXL the Horizon has been designed with total rider comfort in mind.
The design of the Horizon helmet is totally on the money with a narrow, streamlined chin guard, channels in the shell (same ventilation system as that used in the AGV Racing helmets), clear lines and edges on the sides. The spoiler not only adds an aggressive and dynamic touch to the design but also improves ventilation, aerodynamics and stability of the helmet.
The new Racer graphic design is superb and is available in four different colour-ways: white/carbon/red, white/carbon/blue, white/carbon/green and black/carbon/gunmetal and the carbon. In my opinion it is the fiercest looking graphic design available on the Horzion for 2013 and is really good addition alongside the AGV Horizon Scrape and AGV Horizon Absolute.
